Sekaiichi Hatsukoi S1 + S2 (Comparison #1–4):
The native resolution is around 719.8p, which was fairly good back in the day. We applied targeted fixes for common issues.
Episode 0 was made before the TV series and shows the luma overflow problem that Studio Deen often had at the time (see Comparison #1).
The bonus content is quite a mess... However, before the JPBD source was leaked, the existing overseas BD source did not include these extras—so consider them a rarity.
Gekijouban Sekaiichi Hatsukoi: Yokozawa Takafumi no Baai (Comparison #5):
Compared to the TV series, the native resolution has improved to 873p. The overall quality is decent, but there is a lot of dynamic noise.
We did moderate denoising and addressed other common issues.
Includes an external 5.1-channel audio track.
Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi: Proposal Edition (Comparison #6):
The native resolution improved again, reaching about 918p. The quality is remarkable, yet the production isn’t on par with the previous two.
Despite being a movie, it has only a 2.0 PCM audio track and runs just 21 minutes. So it goes.
